Gary Doherty has 40 years experience as a solicitor principally in the areas of Commercial Law, Property Law, Building and Construction, Property Development, Joint Ventures, Probate, Commercial Litigation and Land and Environment Court proceedings. In particular:
- He has acted both as solicitor and project advisor for many large developments.
- He is experienced in all aspects of Property Law and planning appeals.
- He has handled the administration of many complex deceased estates.
- He is an experienced company director and is resident director for a major international hotel, chairman and director of six schools, former vice president of the largest charity in New South Wales, has been a director of a newspaper and publishing company and is a director of several property development companies.
