Patrick is an experienced litigator and advocate. Patrick's current practice consists primarily of civil litigation and criminal law.
Patrick is currently representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in proceedings before the NSW Supreme Court, NSW District Court, NSW Land and Environment Court, Federal Court of Australia, New South Wales Children's Court, various New South Wales Local Courts and the New South Wales Administrative Decisions Tribunal.
Patrick has previously acted for parties in the New South Wales Court of Appeal, Federal Magistrates Court and the Consumer Trading and Tenancy Tribunal.
Patrick provides advice on un-litigated matters concerned with corporate contracting, corporate compliance, grievance handling, debt recovery and insolvency.
